Shipping
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please indicate a current street address and telephone number for shipping purposes. Shipping is by FedEx Ground Home Delivery unless other routing is requested.

Prices, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change store policies without notice. We will raise our prices to you only if our price goes up. Our goal is to keep prices as low as possible and we will do our best to meet o beat any verifiable offer. All prices quoted are in US Dollars.
Shipping Damage
We check the condition of all items before shipping. If any item is damaged during shipment, ask the delivery person to indicate it on the proper forms if possible. If your order is indeed damaged NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will initiate a claim. You must keep the box and all of the packing material. Do not send the item(s) back to us until we have authorized the return. The shipper will pick up the item for return once we have initiated the return process.

Return policy:
Returns - Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it for a full refund less a restocking fee of 5% within 5 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise. You must pay for shipping charges to us and return the item in original condition, with the original invoice and original packing. If an item is defective, it will be replaced with a like item. If there should be an exception and we cannot replace the item with a like item, only the standard shipping charge to us will be refunded. Returns must be shipped to us with original contents to include warranty card and items that are part of the original contents. Items returned without original contents and packaging or items that show signs of wear and tear will be subject rejection. You should insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please contact us first so that we can provide you with a return authorization number. Used equipment is sold as is and is not covered by the above return policy.

We gladly accept money orders and cashier’s checks (in US Dollars) for order transactions not done through PayPal. A secure shopping cart is always available for all online orders. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
